Fitness-Nutrition-Metabolism?
Okay, this morning I’m 2lbs lighter than yesterday. We’ve all read to stop eating after 6-7pm, etc. I’m aware about the mini meals througout the day for keeping the Metab charged, etc. I’m not taking thermogenics, diet pills, etc. It appears that whenever I eat protien late at night, I feel lighter the next morning. (includig McD/King burgers at night (though I’ve given up burgers)… Last night’s meal: order of french fries. Baked Chicken with sweet potatoe puree, mixed salad greens, wedge of french bread with whole butter (ordered from french Bistro restaurant) and a couple squares of dark chocolate! Beverage: distilled water, though earler preceded with unsweetened ice tea. Afternoon: breakfast: golden delicious apple, soy milk, with odwalla grain & berry bar. Breakfast: multi grain chex and puff cerial w/soy milk. Note: 2 days earlier: food limited to fresh juice smoothies and vegetables. Thanks!

First, delete ANY Fast Food from your vocabulary — PERIOD! If you respond to me directly I will give you the scientific horror stories of which poisons you are eating and drinking.
Secondly, dairy products are for cows, not for people.
ANY Diet drink od food is loaded with two things — artificial sweeteners, and high-fructose corn syrup. One can cripple you and the other makes you hungrier so you eat more!
Where’s the logic?
I congratulate you for losing thwe weight that you did, but don’t obsess over it. Weigh yourself only a maximum of once a week. THAT will show your REAL weight loss!
